Service was lacking, with minimal assistance and amenities. The dining experience fell short of expectations, advertised but non-existent. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean rooms, good amenities, and a restaurant on-site. The service was efficient, and the location was perfect for accessing nearby ski resorts. However, the dining options were limited due to the restaurant being closed at the time.
